To request an appointment with a Business Advisor, please click the following link to create your online profile. Please complete all fields, as your details will determine which advisor will be allocated to you, based on your business location and needs.

When completing your profile, please select Business Connect Business Advisor and Western Sydney Business Centre.

Once you have an existing profile, you can then request all future appointments and workshops through this online system.

Service NSW Business Connect provides free, independent, tailored business advice from experienced advisors in one‑on‑one sessions. We offer practical insights and business skills development. Services also include events and resources on a range of topics for small business.

Western Sydney Business Centre is an approved independent provider for Service NSW Business Connect until June 2025.
