This workshop will focus on six steps to maximising productivity and how to redefine success for your business.

Presenter: Marjory Kari is a Business Development Coach specialising in Productivity and Leadership. Some of the things she is really good at is helping service-based businesses grow in uncertain times by getting the most from their teams and having agile processes in place to ensure consistent traction towards their goals. Marjory’s mission has always been centred around Service in leading sustainable change in enterprise-wide projects for large Corporates and now helping Small Business to prosper and grow.
