- Discover the 8 critical elements required to build and maintain a high-performance culture, and
- Receive practical tips and the information you need to build a highly effective team that drives business success.
Presenter – Greg Mitchell – Greg has extensive experience in senior HR and organisational development roles across a variety of industries in both the private and public sector. His experience is supported by extensive qualifications including a degree in HR and Masters in Social Ecology. Greg established HR Success in 2007 to provide general HR and recruitment support to SMEs, predominantly in Western Sydney. His other business, Success Through People, helps SMEs build and maintain high-performance workplace cultures.

- This workshop is aimed at small businesses throughout NSW, and has a capacity to host up to 20 attendees
- This workshop is for business owners who have just started a business or have an established business
- This workshop will take place at The Hills Shire Council, 3 Columbia Court, Norwest 2153 – Meeting Room 1 & 2. There’s free underground visitor car parking available on level B2.
- Attending this workshop come out of your allocated business connect hours.
