One: Sales Planning – Strategy, Skills and Systems
Planning ahead: Developing a sales plan, defining your target audience, and understanding the ‘how’ and ‘why’ people buy
Two: Sales Communication Tools Part A – Email and Telephone (Design)
How to develop effective strategies for the phone and email to develop sales. manage questions and objections.
Three: Sales Communication Tools Part B – Email and Telephone” (Implement)
Turn fear into confidence by ‘implementing strategies’ and learning to master the phone and email to make appointments, develop sales, manage questions and objections.
Four: Sales Communication Tools Part C – Face to Face Presenting
Learn how to build trust by asking the right questions, learn the 3 key elements to an effective presentation and win on building value.
VANESSA VAN WYK
Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in the art of sales and marketing. She has been responsible for directing organisational strategies and alliances for market growth both at strategic and operational levels. Vanessa has been delivering workshops on the behalf of the Centre for the past 10 years.
Her energetic and vibrant personality promotes an enjoyable and interactive training atmosphere.
