1. Hire Terms

1. The studio is available for hire by appointment only.
2. Booking duration includes setup and pack-down time.
3. Overtime beyond the agreed booking will be charged in increments of [e.g., 30 minutes] at the hourly rate.
4. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3. Studio Use & Conduct

1. Hirers are responsible for ensuring the studio is used in a safe, respectful manner.
2. The studio may not be used for any illegal or unethical activities.
3. Maximum capacity of 10 must not be exceeded.
4. The studio is a non-smoking and drug-free environment.
5. The studio contains expensive equipment, electronics and other hazards – we recommend no children attend the studio unless previously discussed with us.

4. Equipment & Property

1. All studio equipment (lights, backdrops, props, furniture, etc.) must be treated with care. Backdrops and lighting are only to be relocated or moved by Centre staff. We will discuss this process with you at the beginning of your hire.
2. Any damages, breakages, or missing items caused during the hire period will be charged to the hirer at repair or replacement cost.
3. A pre-hire checklist will be signed upon arrival, and a post-hire inspection will be conducted.
4. No permanent alterations (e.g., nails, tape on walls) are permitted.

5. Damages, Liability & Insurance

1. The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the studio premises, equipment, or fixtures during the hire period.
2. Western Sydney Business Centre accepts no responsibility for personal injury, equipment loss, or damage caused during the hire period.
3. Hirers are advised to arrange their own public liability insurance if required.
4. Any incidents or accidents must be reported immediately to studio management.

6. Safety Procedures

1. Emergency exits and fire safety equipment locations will be shown at the start of each hire.
2. All cables and equipment must be set up to avoid trip hazards.
3. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The studio contains expensive equipment, electronics and other hazards – we recommend no children attend the studio unless previously discussed with us.
4. Hirers must comply with all health and safety directions from studio staff.

7. Cleaning & Pack-down

1. The studio must be left in the same clean condition it was found.
2. A cleaning fee of $200 may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
3. All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.

8. Media & Privacy

1. Western Sydney Business Centre respects the privacy of all hirers and their content.
2. Studio staff will not enter the studio during your hire unless in case of emergency or agreed upon.
3. With permission, Western Sydney Business Centre may request behind the scenes content for promotional purposes.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment

• By making a booking, the hirer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the hire session and/or additional charges.

Social Media Tagging Guidelines

We love seeing the amazing content created in our studio! To help support and showcase our creative community, we kindly ask all hirers to follow these social media tagging guidelines when posting content created at CREATE. by wsbc.

1. Tag & Mention Us

• Instagram: @wsbc.create
• Facebook: @

Please tag us in the caption and the photo/video itself where possible.
Example: Shot at @wsbc.create | #createbywsbc

2. Behind the Scenes Content

We encourage you to share behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage of your session at the studio and tag us!
By tagging us, you give permission for CREATE. by wsbc to reshare your content on our social media channels, with credit to you.

3. Respectful Content

While we support all forms of creative expression, we kindly ask that content tagged with our studio:

• Is respectful and aligns with community guidelines.
• Does not depict illegal, harmful, or explicit activity in association with our brand.

Cancellation Policy

1. 1.1 Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund.
2. 1.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking will forfeit 50% of the hire fee.
3. 1.3. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
4. 1.4. Rescheduling is permitted once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
5. 1.5. No Shows will be considered as cancellations
