What is your role at WSBC & how long have you been with us?
I’m the Office and Accounts Manager at Western Sydney Business Centre, which means I help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. My role covers everything from accounts and administration through to managing internal systems. I also project manage things like our website and CRM to help improve how we connect with and support small businesses.

What qualifications and business experience do you have?
I’m a qualified Graphic Designer with a background in digital marketing, administration and small business operations. I also run a few small e-commerce projects on the side, which has given me practical experience in areas like websites, online marketing, automation and systems. That hands-on experience helps me understand the real-world challenges many small business owners face.

What is the best part / your favourite thing about your role?
The best part is seeing people turn an idea into a real business. Small business owners are some of the most creative and resilient people out there, and it’s great to be part of an organisation that helps support them along the way.

What is your favourite inspirational quote?
“Work smarter, not harder.”
I’m a big believer in finding better ways to do things, which probably explains my fascination with systems and automation.

What is the best piece of advice you can give a potential or existing business owner?
Don’t wait until everything is perfect before you start. Most successful businesses evolve over time through testing, learning and improving as they go.

What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy creative projects and experimenting with new ideas — especially anything that involves building or improving systems. I also enjoy a good escape room, which probably explains why I like figuring out how things work.
