Kevin is passionate about supporting local businesses, attracting investment and growing local economies. Having led economic development and marketing functions is several councils in Western Sydney, Kevin brings significant experience and capability in developing strategies and nurturing partnerships to build resilience in the Penrith economy. He is currently in a leadership role at Penrith City Council as the Head of Economy and Marketing, a portfolio that includes economic development, investment attraction, tourism, city marketing and international partnerships.

Kevin has been a member of the board since 2024.
