Having the right sales plan and having a solid sales structure is paramount to your success. This workshop will look at how to create an effective sales strategy that sells who you are and what you do. It will also help you create and use a formalised sales structure in the form of the sales pipeline to track leads, proposals and sales. As well as unlocking the measurement matrix to track and monitor your sales performance.

 

If you sell or if you have a sales team, this workshop is for you. Our presenter Graham Fitzpatrick has a vast knowledge of sales practice and sales management techniques from his time in media sales and sales management for News Ltd and Fairfax. As well as other local media platforms including, magazine, cinema advertising and radio sales. Graham has track record of driving business performance and delivering consistent increased sales revenue.

Graham Fitzpatrick – Graham Fitzpatrick has a strong background in sales, business administration and management, marketing, business strategy, customer services and staff training, and having held multiple senior management roles through his career, mainly in media sales. Graham has track record of driving business performance and increasing revenue. Since joining Western Sydney Business Centre, Graham has helped hundreds start up and established businesses with their sales, marketing and advertising needs.
