How long have you been receiving business advice from the WSBC?
J & M Costa Electrical and Air Conditioning are relatively new to the Western Sydney Business Centre. We were looking for advice to help advance our company around 3 months ago.
What was the main struggle you identified within your business?
We can all admit that in business there is so much to know and learn, and although you may be great in many areas there is always an area that you tend to struggle with. We noticed that our online presence was not where we wanted it to be and our knowledge on getting it up to date was low. After working big hours daily the smaller things like social posts at the end of the day tend to escape your mind and the team at WSBC have eased the stress. I could be sitting on my socials thinking about clever ways to promote the business and before I knew it an hour would pass. We believe a more professional approach will allow us to grow our business even through the more challenging times.
What were things you implemented that had a big impact on your business moving forward?
Nathan and Katina had a lot of great ideas for our business and had a real fun way to go about it.
They have found many ways to allow us to capture potential leads leading into sales. We have been experiencing more traffic through our socials and webpages and increased click throughs from our google ad-words.
What advice would you give to other small businesses in the same situation?
It’s never bad to ask for help on something you are unsure of and that you are never too young or old to start learning on how to evolve your business.
What are your business goals for the future?
Increasing our online presence while offering information on the right product for our clients and helping to allow our potential customers make the right choice for their Electrical and Air Conditioning Solutions.
Final words:
Although we have only been working with WSBC for a short while we can already start to see an improvement on our online enquiries. All the team at WSBC have been more than helpful and never have any dramas with resolving any issues that we throw at them. If you are a business looking at improving your digital footprint, I would highly recommend the team at WSBC.
