I have owned and operated eight small businesses across multiple industries， including hospitality， coffee trucks， beauty， events， medical and consulting. I purchased my first business at 19 years of age and have since gained extensive hands-on experience across the full business lifecycle.

My experience includes strategic planning， business development， financial management， sales， marketing， social media， customer acquisition， staff recruitment and training， performance management， team retention， rostering， supplier management， customer service， community programs and daily operations.

I have personally managed teams， developed workplace systems and processes， delivered staff training and implemented strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.

I also successfully operated a hospitality business for 12 years， developing and managing the business through to a planned and successful sale， including the implementation of a strong exit strategy.
